I went to a parenting class for the first time after my 5th child was born. At first it was just a productive thing to do where I could get away from the kids. It turned into my favorite tool to get focused on what really matters and how to maintain that perspective when dealing with my children throughout the week.
The most helpful was hearing other parents talk about their struggles. Wow! I was going through the exact same things.
