There are those words that every child struggles with when they start reading. They’re the ones you can’t sound out and they show up all the time. The most frequently used words in books are words that cannot be sounded out. So when teaching my children to read, I use a combination of phonics and sight words.
That’s where this new Preprimer Sight Word Pack from 3 Dinosaurs comes in. It introduces children to the most commonly used sight words like a, away, I, etc. And it’s fun!
