Regardless of what you believe baptism is for, the existence of it as a rite in the Christian religion is an evidence for Jesus&#039;s resurrection because before He rose, it wasn&#039;t practiced. I definitely believe it is a step in the journey. As the Bible verse says in the post: “Peter said to them, “Repent, each of you and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”” Acts 2:38.]]></description>

Is this what you believe?  Where does that leave repentance and faith and trust in Christ? There-in lies the true means of salvation.]]></description>
