When I choose nail polish for my kids, it has to be Non-Toxic. They are always putting their hands in their mouth. That’s why I’m happy to share a wonderful non-toxic nail polish option in this shop which has been compensated by #CollectiveBias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone.

There’s something about sisters. They’re best friends and worst enemies. No one can understand you like your sister and that means she knows how to push your buttons.

When my girls fight, it’s not hard to get them to get along with a little guidance. Sometimes fights deserve separation from each other, but most of the time spats are petty that just warrant some constructive activities.

I’ll give my daughters chores to do together or I’ll ask them to do an activity. It can be reading a book together, coloring, or getting dressed up!

That’s one of their favorite things to do together. So, when I heard a little argument brewing the other day, I set up a little #PamperedPiggies invitation to create.

I will never put regular toxic nail polish on my family’s nails. That’s why the Piggy Paint that I got at Walmart was a great solution.

Piggy Paint is specially formulated from God’s natural ingredients and dries to a hard, durable finish. There are no toxic chemicals; it’s free of formaldehyde, toluene, phthalates, Bisphenol A, ethyl acetate and acetone. Right now you can get 15% off your purchase at PiggyPaint.com by using the code piggypaint valid through 12/23/14.

More great features of Piggy Paint:

Low Odor (I didn’t smell anything!)

Water-based Formula

Hypoallergenic

Vibrant Colors

Dries to a Hard Finish

Cruelty-Free

Safe for use during Pregnancy!

Audrey had a great time doing Emma’s nails and I was happy that they was no more fighting.

To get the Piggy Paint really dry, Audrey used a blow dryer on low to set the paint hard.

Then, I taught my daughter how to use a tooth pick to draw designs on the nails. We tried a present on just two of the nails and I think it turned out pretty cute.

Emma was so happy with her nails that she turned from upset with her sister to thanking her for the nail art, along with oohs and ahhs about the job.

I let Emma help me do Audrey’s nails and together we put on the polka-dots to make them really stand out.

What a fun time and a happier home! How about you? Do you let your children paint their own nails?

The post Invitation to Create: Kid-Friendly Nail Art first appeared on True Aim.
