I definitely think you can do that, or try cottage cheese instead of cream cheese and reduce the heavy cream because cottage cheese is a little more liquidy.

I was very surprised the entire pie only has 4 eggs!! Is there a way to decrease some of the creams and add more eggs, for a more healthy pie? Looks amazing!! Definitely going to try this!
