In reply to Kay. I'm sorry Kay. It could just be the type of tissue paper you used. Some bleed more than others. You might have to do watercolor instead.

Hi! I tried this with my grand daughter this morning and the tissue did not color the paper. I used cardstock…what did i do wrong? I got the paper wet, we stuck the tissue on and even used more water over it all. I let it dry and when i pulled the tissue off there was no color left behind…
