Crunchy Peanut Butter Granola Bites

A strong peanut butter flavor packed with protein in a little bite, what's more satisfying than that?
Ingredients
  • 3 cups Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal
  • ¾ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup wheat germ or ground flax seed
Instructions
  1. Coarsely chop or grind the cereal in a food processor or blender.
  2. Mix with all the other ingredients in a large bowl. Add fruit or chocolate chips if wanted.
  3. Roll into 1 inch balls and refrigerate on parchment paper for 1-2 hours.
  4. Keep in an air tight container for 1 week or freeze for 1 month and defrost in the refrigerator overnight. Makes 20-22 bites.
