A strong peanut butter flavor packed with protein in a little bite, what's more satisfying than that?
- 3 cups Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal
- ¾ cup natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup wheat germ or ground flax seed
- Coarsely chop or grind the cereal in a food processor or blender.
- Mix with all the other ingredients in a large bowl. Add fruit or chocolate chips if wanted.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and refrigerate on parchment paper for 1-2 hours.
- Keep in an air tight container for 1 week or freeze for 1 month and defrost in the refrigerator overnight. Makes 20-22 bites.
