I may add a banana next time to sweeten them a little more, although my husband loves them just as they are (although I forgot the vanilla extract). Our almost 2 year old ate them and liked them too! They are a bit dark for me but would be great with a cup of coffee. I think I will make them again and add a ripe banana to sweeten them a little more.
