					<description><![CDATA[I use tortillas, too, but I brush mine with a little olive oil before adding the toppings. Another short cut I use is rotisserie chicken bought from the supermarket. I use barbecue sauce for the base, add red or green onions, the rotisserie chicken after I&#039;ve kind of shredded it with a fork, and mozzarella cheese. I serve it with a side of fruit. This is a big hit at my house and it doesn&#039;t get much easier! My 7 year old can make this without much help.]]></description>
