What do you do for Valentines day?  I’m always at loss for ideas and end up buying something last minute at the store.  Don’t be like me!  Here’s an awesome list of ideas for kids to help them show their love and appreciation for friends and family.

Helping Hands Pot Holder

These would make a great gift for grandparents.  There are sewing instructions in this tutorial, but you could also just use red pot holders with white paint.

Easy Valentine’s Day Garland

The method used to make this garland could be used for any holiday!  I can’t wait to make one for my mantle.

Attention Dads: Make these with the kids and pop them in a heart shaped tin for Mom (someone send a memo to my husband please).
